Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders and prepare packages for shipment with speed and precision.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure all inventory is organized and easily accessible.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to the team lead immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
