Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Loading and unloading trucks and freight containers safely.
- Conducting routine inventory counts and audits.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (dock doors/outside).
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
