Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using manual and mechanical equipment.
- Inventory Management: Sort, check, and inspect incoming stock, and organize warehouse space.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items for orders and prepare them for shipping using appropriate packaging materials.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in a safe and compliant manner.
- Quality Control: Ensure all outgoing orders meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to and from work.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels, track inventory counts, and handle cash or transactions if applicable.
- No Experience Necessary: We provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
