Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Sort, pack, and organize merchandise efficiently to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to prevent accidents.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse workspace.
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid forklift certification (if required for specific shifts).
