Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and stand-up forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Receive, sort, scan, and track incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer packages for shipment according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods on various surfaces.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
