Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipping using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and conveyor systems as needed.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer interfaces.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement; experience in logistics is a plus.
