Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and barcode technology.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe by adhering to 5S principles and safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Load & Unload: Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a history of consistent attendance.
- Basic Skills: Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills required.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the Santa Ana facility.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for this no background check entry-level position.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
