Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities and conditions against purchase orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments from delivery trucks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
