Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with WMS/MRP systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
