Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ warehouse staff in daily operations, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Train and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability
- Manage inventory systems and conduct regular audits for accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless supply chain integration
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA certification and strong safety compliance background
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with cross-functional team coordination
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
