Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff daily, including scheduling and performance management
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodologies
- Optimize inventory control systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and vendors
- Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends as needed)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
