Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes.
- Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews to drive team engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Proven track record in inventory control and team leadership.
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license are required.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and warehouse operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
