Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on equipment operation and procedures
- Optimize inventory management systems and conduct cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely loading/unloading
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Maryland driver's license and forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
