Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 team members during shift operations, ensuring task completion and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels using WMS systems and conduct cycle counts
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and optimize space utilization
- Train staff on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience preferred
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training required
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
