Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 warehouse staff during assigned shifts, ensuring task completion and productivity standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and proper equipment handling
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and documentation accuracy
- Coordinate receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes for timely shipments
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Generate daily performance reports and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification required
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
