Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members for peak performance
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics
- Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory accuracy
- Resolve operational issues and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA and forklift certification required
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma preferred
- Spanish bilingual a significant advantage
