Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners
- Inspect products for quality and proper packaging to prevent transit damage
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory records and participate in cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Report operational issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
