Responsibilities
- Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Package items securely and prepare them for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Verify product quantities against packing slips to ensure order accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate RF scanners or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level.
