Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure accuracy
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
