Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners.
- Inspect all products for quality and damage before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trailers safely, adhering to all weight and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace, including sweeping and organizing aisles.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and picking.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
