Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled, sealed, and packaged for safe transit.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy before shipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
