Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select products from shelves based on pick tickets.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label and prepare packages for shipping and distribution.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer systems to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Willingness to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
