Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management software to locate inventory.
- Inspect products for quality and package them securely for shipping.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies, or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld devices.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to medium weight packages (up to 50 lbs).
