Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure all inventory is organized and accessible.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and weight limits.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety compliance.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
