Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and reading labels.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
