Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, etc.) in accordance with safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we offer training for the right candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Equipment: Current forklift certification is a plus (training provided if no experience).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Strong ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
