Your Key Responsibilities
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Perform routine inventory counts and spot checks to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional physical exertion.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.
