Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders and packing slips.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and condition before packaging.
- Package items securely using appropriate boxes, tape, and padding materials.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills to verify labels and orders.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
