Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify item quantities and descriptions against packing slips to ensure order correctness.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve any order discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
