Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using RF scanners and picking lists to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials, ensuring they are labeled and ready for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Inspect products for damage before packing and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
