Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately retrieve products from shelves and prepare them for shipment using standardized packing procedures.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld RF scanners and WMS systems to ensure inventory accuracy and track stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Perform final inspections on orders to ensure product integrity and correct labeling.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks and standard warehouse equipment as required.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times to comply with OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting daily production goals.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time, day-shift schedules.
