Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, inspected, and packaged for safe shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Verify order details to minimize errors and returns.
- Operate light warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, when certified.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow pick lists accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime shifts.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
