Responsibilities
- Select and pull merchandise from the warehouse shelves based on pick lists.
- Package items securely using cardboard, bubble wrap, and other materials.
- Operate handheld RF scanners and barcode readers to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load goods onto pallets or conveyor belts for shipping.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills (ability to read pick tickets and labels).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Availability to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
