Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on pick tickets and scan them into the system using handheld scanners.
- Properly pack and label products to ensure safe delivery and meet shipping standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damages or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and inventory targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as required by safety training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Reliable transportation and a stable work history.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
