Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and documentation.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid Forklift Operator License (if applicable).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
