Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and packing slips.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, as trained.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Verify counts and weights to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for labels and orders.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
