Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack items according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Update inventory systems and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Shipping Preparation: Label, wrap, and box items securely for transit.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified).
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order correctness.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
