As a vital member of our fulfillment team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Select and retrieve products from shelves based on pick tickets and customer orders.
- Packaging: Pack items securely using appropriate materials (bubble wrap, boxes, tape) to ensure safe delivery.
- Labeling & Scanning: Apply shipping labels accurately and scan items using handheld scanners for inventory tracking.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and verify that the correct quantity is packed before moving to the shipping dock.
- Safety Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards to comply with safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive work history.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide valid ID.
