As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We pride ourselves on safety, efficiency, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack merchandise using handheld scanners and RF equipment according to pick lists.
- Packaging: Wrap, box, and label products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines and company-specific safety policies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for defects and ensure packaging quality standards are met.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on warehouse floors.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick lists and labels.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
