Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack merchandise using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and logistics personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning technology quickly.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends if necessary.
