Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack products from inventory according to order specifications and shipping labels.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas for maximum efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols, including wearing PPE and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and work ethic over previous background. Full training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic counting and reading of labels and barcodes.
