Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using pick lists and RF scanners.
- Package items securely in boxes, cartons, or pallets to ensure safe transport.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and apply correct shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks) as required.
- Collaborate with the shipping department to meet daily production goals.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the Shift Lead immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
