Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately locate, pick, and pack products according to order specifications and packing standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts by scanning barcodes and verifying quantities during the picking process.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging is secure to prevent shipment damage.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners as required.
- Work Area Maintenance: Keep the picking and packing station organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Process orders efficiently to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts including overtime as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand written instructions and communicate with team leads.
