Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and specifications.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems accurately to track inventory.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment and lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Capability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
