Responsibilities
- Retrieve and pick items from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Label, scan, and verify packages before they are shipped to the correct destination.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) when certified.
- Perform regular quality checks to minimize errors and returns.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and keen attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
