Job Overview
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for timely delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from storage areas according to specific customer orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
