Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks and trailers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Sort, pack, and stage inventory according to strict warehouse protocols.
- Monitor storage temperatures to ensure product quality and safety compliance.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy stock within the facility.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of workstations to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting as directed by management.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below 40°F) for extended periods.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
