Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues to the team lead.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated areas efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and quotas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
