Responsibilities
- Load and unload refrigerated trucks and trailers efficiently and safely.
- Sort, stack, and organize inventory within freezer and cooler environments.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Perform daily sanitation and cleaning of workspaces to prevent contamination.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert supervisors of shortages or damages.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in the packaging and shipping of goods when necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures (10°F to 40°F).
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid forklift certification is a strong plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
