Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Retrieve products from warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Order Fulfillment: Verify item codes and quantities against work orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and organizing stock areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and bend/twist frequently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, barcodes, and work orders accurately.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts (day/evening/night).
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
